Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton is generally viewed as the best driver in the F1 racing sport. Furthermore, that is the motivation behind why the British driver has been cast a ballot 2019 Driver of the Year by nine of the ten F1 group supervisors, beating Max Verstappen and eight other F1 drivers in the most recent survey directed by the games official site.

As per F1 official site, the ten-group supervisors who partook in the most recent survey were Christian Horner (Team Principal Red Bull Racing), Claire Williams (Team Principal Williams F1 group), Cyril Abiteboul (Renault F1 group), Andreas Seidl (Team Principal McLaren group), Otmar Szafnauer (Team Principal Racing Point group), Fred Vasseur (Team Principal Sauber Motorsports), Toto Wolf (CEO and Team Principal Mercedes-AMG Petronas), Franz Tost (Team Principal Scuderia Torro Rosso), and Guenther Steiner (Team Principal Haas F1 group).

The Mercedes driver has piled on 11 successes out of 21 F1 races this 2019 season and has signed off this campaign with an outstanding victory at the Abu Dhabi GP. With everything taken into account, the British driver has six World Championship titles, 84 race triumphs, and 151 platform wraps up.

Following Hamilton in the F1 control list is the 22-year-old Belgian-Dutch dashing driver Max Verstappen, who scored 146, only 13 behind the Hamilton.
