Pakistan Tour of New Zealand 2020-21

It’s been unexpected year for the cricketing world since March 2020, When the deadly virus known as Covid-19 affected the whole world badly with major sports leagues have been postponed to 2021 already the T-20l world cup is also schedule in the next year November 2021, which was earlier planned this year at the time when the 13th edition of cash-league (IPL) has happened in UAE. After the long break Pakistan was the first cricket team to resume the cricket with series against England where they lost the test series by 1-0 but able to draw the T-20 series by 1-1.

After the major series Pakistan has played against Zimbabwe for 3-ODIs and 3-T20ls games where they won the ODIs by 2-1 and T20ls by 3-0 convincingly. Now the next tour Pakistan will tour to New Zealand for 2 tests and 3 T20ls which will start from 18 December with first T20l game at Auckland (day and night match), followed by second T20l game at Hamilton on 20 December and third T20l game on 22 December at Napier.

The Test series will be the part of World Test Championship 2019-21 where winning points of the team is added after every test match win by the specific team. The Test series will start from 26 December with first test match followed by second test match from 3 January 2021. Pakistan has announced his squad for the upcoming tour against New Zealand as there is no separate list of the team for T-20l and Test Series. With 35 members Pakistan has announced the names of the players.
